“Ollie joined our short film as a runner. By lunchtime on the first shoot day, he was my right-hand and had been promoted to Production Coordinator. He had left his home at 3:15am in order to be on location for a 6am call, and was the first crew member to arrive. Ollie proved absolutely invaluable throughout the shoot. He's a quick learner; he grasped what he needed to do, was helpful and insightful - he often anticipated being told to do things, and followed through on every task. He was upbeat and attentive, even on long night shoots, working hard until we wrapped. Given his background in art direction, he was tasked with designing a company logo for a screensaver that would be in shot, and he nailed it. The logo came in on time and on brief. Talking to Ollie in between takes, I found him to be intelligent and ambitious, thoughtful and determined. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Ollie will be a leading light in his chosen field, and an asset to any film production that is lucky enough to have him”
